SPECIAL EVENT BOOKING REQUEST FOR VENUES IN THE RENO TAHOE AREA
EMG Special Events team is assisting individuals and companies to find and secure a venue for their special events. Depending on our customer’s needs, EMG can just secure the venue and/or coordinate catering services, rental equipment and produce a full stage with live entertainment (bands, DJs and more).
Venue description: EMG works with many event spaces and venues to accommodate your event in the Reno Tahoe area.
Capacity: The venues we have to offer range from small, to mid-size to large venues, ranging from 50 people to 800. All venues can accommodate setting or standing arrangements
Catering Services & Rentals: Through our catering partners, EMG offers a full ranch of catering services, and can provides any party rental equipment as requested and needed.
Food & Beverages: Through our catering partners, EMG provides a variety of catering menu options. The EMG team work with clients on their specific food menu wishes and offer options based on their budget. Food but also cocktail, wine and beer beverages items and menus can be provided.
Production: EMG produces a full range of live shows, performances and events of all types and sizes. Some of the venues we work with includes a full equipped stage, a powerful sound and lighting system. Any production can be customized based on special events and customer’s request. If desired, the EMG production team can book a complete entertainment line-up for your special event.
Staffing: The venues we are working with provide a professional management staff, covering the entire venue, the bar, security, and event production. EMG and its venues partners can accommodate any special request for additional staff such as waitresses as needed. Whether the event is a private event, public fundraising event, a wedding, a Christmas party or any other sort of special celebration, our team will work very hard to make any event, always a very special time for guests and a successful event for our clients.
Parking: Most venues we are working with offer parking facilities for their guests.
Venue Rental Pricing: The venue rental fees are calculated based on your wishes and some of the following requirements: Additional fees may apply based on:

- Type of event
- Type of venue
- Size of the venue
- Day of the event
- Starting-Ending event time-frame
- Standing or seating event
- Space & capacity requirement
- Food menus chosen
- Beverage menus chosen
- Entertainment options chosen
- Specific stage production requirements
- Event staffing requirement
- Room equipment requirement
